The G Suite Endpoint logs contain the error:

Cause
Unclear past actions resulted in subscription state discrepancy: the subscription is disabled in Odin Automation, but remains active on G Suite side.
Resolution
Contact TAM or PTA (pta@cloudblue.com) to address the situation.
