Symptoms
AzureCSP subdomain form is loading slowly - it takes ~10 seconds to appear.
The following request takes the most time to complete:
https://cp.provider.com/aps/2/resources/.../domain_candidates?account_id=123
Cause
Software-related issue #APSA-19087: "PCP/Store: create additional subscription - slow domain candidates screen loading".
