Symptoms
It's not possible to create manual NS records for the domain and its subdomains in one zone.
Cause
The issue is acknowledged as FND-2372.
Resolution
Contact your Technical Account Manager to track the status of the issue.
Unable to add NS record for subdomain if there is a NS record manually added to the zone
