Symptoms
On the control panel, the "KA server port
" is set to 7050 instead of 2000 in browser. And I have following error in the Odin Business Automation Standard logs:
Client authorization failed
What is incorrect in my Odin Business Automation Standard KA plugin configuration?
Resolution
There are two different accounts for KA (Key Administrator) server:
- The first must be used for the KA GUI only (port 2000).
- The second is used for connection to the KA server remotely, via the KA plug-in (port 7050). In this case you should have special KA API login/password. Contact your Sales Representative for the KA API login/password.
