Cannot change Service Template Parameters: Cannot marshal null string vmcid

Symptoms

When trying to change the parameter on the service template which contain DNS hosting resource type, the following error is thrown:

"Fatal error An unforeseen error occurred."
   Detail Message: "org.omg.CORBA.BAD_PARAM: Cannot marshal null string vmcid: 0x444f7000 minor code: 261 completed: No".

Cause

This is caused by POA-79068 and has been fixed in POA 5.4 update 14

Resolution

Update POA installation to update 14
