Symptoms
A customer cannot remove existing Exchange mailbox in the POA Customer Control Panel, the following warning is displayed despite of the fact that customer correctly selected mailboxes to be removed:
0 mailboxes scheduled for deletion
The APS-related message like this is logged in the poa.debug.log file on the POA Management Node when attempting to remove mailbox in the CCP:

The same problem happens when removing Exchange contacts, distribution lists or public folders.
Cause
The issue is caused by the software defect POA-82086.
Resolution
The problem is resolved in the POA 5.5.3, update POA installation to 5.5.3 or later version.
