This article provides the allowed upgrade paths for the Microsoft 365 application. Make sure you follow these paths when upgrading the app from one version to another one.
These are exceptions:
- Version 20.1.3 can be upgraded to version 20.3.2 only, meaning that you must upgrade your application from version 20.1.3 to version 20.3.2 without upgrading it to intermediate versions. After upgrading to 20.3.2, you must run the upgrade20_2.py script that is shipped with Microsoft 365 20.3.2. To learn how to run that script, see https://docs.cloudblue.com/cbc/services/microsoft365/20.2/content/Release-Notes/Upgrade-Procedure.htm).
- Version 19.3.4 can be upgraded to version 20.1.3 only, meaning that you must upgrade your application from version 19.3.4 to version 20.1.3 without upgrading it to intermediate versions. After upgrading to 20.1.3, you must run the upgrade20_1.py script that is shipped with Microsoft 365 20.1.3. To learn how to run that script, see https://docs.cloudblue.com/cbc/services/microsoft365/20.1/content/Release-Notes/Upgrade-Procedure.htm).
