Customer experiences the problem with switching to PBA Control Panel using Safari browser in Mac OS

  • When trying to switch to the PBA area in POA Control Panel, empty frames are shown instead of PBA CP
  • Session expires as soon as customer switches to the 'Account' tab in Customer CP in Safari


Most likely, cookies are disabled in Safari.


Make sure that your Safari browser is configured to accept cookies: Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Accept Cookies.

In Safari 5.1: Safari > Preferences > Privacy > select the option 'Never' at the section 'Block cookies'.
