Symptoms
Some button is missing from Control Panel.
Example:
"Add credit memo" button is missing from Finance > Documents > Credit Memos.
Following error message is found in /usr/local/bm/log/www.log:
parse_page error: ' wnd/XXX/XXX/customization/customization/ARDoc_AddCreditMemoWin.xml ' syntax error at line 5: syntax error .
Cause
Syntax error in customization.
Resolution
Check all customized files mentioned in the errors for syntax errors. E.g. missing quotes might be the reason.
