## Symptoms


Sales order for Office 365 subscription fails with the error:


"Service Creation Failed: Platform error #error_code #-1, extype_id #-1, module_id #, Unhandled exception. Service Creation Failed: Platform error #error_code #-1, extype_id #-1, module_id #, Unhandled exception.".


In sitelog on Office 365 endpoint, it can be seen that provisioning fails on attempt to verify TXT record for a domain on Microsoft side:

Odin Automation platform is deployed in Azure.


## Cause


Software-related issue #APSA-22185 "Domain verification via TXT DNS record fails in Azure infrastructure".


## Resolution


Software-related issue has been resolved in version 20.1 of the package.


Contact CloudBlue Technical Support in order to apply internal workaround for 19.2.* or 19.3.* versions.
