Attempt to disable subscription fails with error on Microsoft side, for example:

However, cancellation order is completed on Odin Automation side.


Cause


The behavior is expected at the moment. It is considered to be improved in scope of request #APSA-22351.


Resolution


Contact your Technical Account Manager in order to clarify current status of the request.


As a workaround, manually suspend the subscription in Microsoft Partner Center.
