When accessing CCP > Support tab for one of the accounts, nothing is shown: Support tab is empty.
The issue occurred because the contents was not Enabled for CCP neither for MyCP from CMS of RCP Support view.
In order to check this settings you should login to brand: Services > Applications > Support Application > Instances > Click Support. Global Settings tab is displayed. You could see the sections and Tabs that are configured for this brand in PCP. For example you may click Edit button for Getting the most from My Business Apps section. Global settings will be displayed for this section. You can see that this section is enabled for CCP and for MYCP:
CCP Status - Enabled MYCP Status - Enabled
After changing the Status of sections and Tabs for this brand the content will be displayed on CCP.
