Symptoms
After the upgrade CloudBlue Commerce to 20.5, the following error occurs on attempt to provision Exchange 2016 subscription
The operation can not be completed because the following component is missing or is not running: Plesk::Exchange::ApsBridge::OrganizationServant (sc_name '', sc_id #0
The provisioning failed during the Exchange Organization creation. Core.log on Management Node shows

Resolution
Redeploy exchange-war.war on Management Node
