Symptoms
Usage is not updated with the latest data when generating the report via UX1: Azure > View Usage Report > Setup Report > select some period until present date.
All dates starting from some past date until the present date will be missing in the generated report.
At the same time, in CBC task "Execute operation 'synchronize_resource_usage' ..." for the tenant in question is in failed state.
Cause
Software-related issue APSA-23543.
Resolution
Please contact CloudBlue technical support in order to apply workaround.
This issue will not affect billing. After the w/a is applied usage will be displayed in the report for the next period.
