Symptoms

On attempt to place a new Sales Order with "Create a new Microsoft account" or "Use an existing Microsoft account", the page is not moving to the next screen without any error.

Error message is visible in the Browser Console:

Please choose the special qualification that the customer is eligible for

Cause

Microsoft365 NCE application is not upgraded from the PLM side 

Resolution

Upgrade Microsoft365 NCE application from the UX1 Provider Control Panel > Import from Connect > Product ID.
